Across these phases you will re-establish a balanced microbiome and during phase 3 you will introduce some higher FODMAP foods back into your diet & actively Journal your body's reactions. During phase 4 you will take fasting to another level
Learn the steps at your own pace using Coach Tawny's online guides and have intermittent check-ins including Frequency Healing. All 4 phases combined typically take 5 months and seven 1-hour sessions with Tawny.
